Roof Ventilation

Sufficient ventilation is very important for the longevity of your roof and for meeting warranty requirements. Ventilation also plays an important role in lowering attic temperatures in our hot climate.  Turbines, ridge vents, power fans, solar power fans, and intake soffit vents are options that will enable sufficient air ventilation in the attic.

Gutter Installation

We install 5” and 6” seamless aluminum gutters, half round gutters, copper gutters and custom gutters. We offer leaf protection with gutter screens and gutter covers. We will also repair rotten fascia and soffit damage.

Radiant Barrier Decking

Radiant Barrier Decking is roof decking that has been laminated with a thin layer of aluminum.  The aluminum helps block radiant heat in the roof from entering the attic.  We have been installing this product since 1994, and it has proven to decrease attic temperatures in our hot Texas climate.  We recommend this product for all new decking projects.
